Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment.
To ensure the most efficient service to all customers, samples are limited to 25 each of one sample and literature is limited to 100 copies of one brochure. If your order quantity is too high, the system will not process your order. You can order a quantity of 25 for more than one product sample and/or a quantity of 100 for multiple brochures.
Samples needed for quality assurance, testing, or project submittals should be coordinated through our product management team. This will ensure that roll numbers can be tracked with the test material. Please send your request to smatch@solmax.com.
Solmax will not charge customers for samples and literature, or shipping charges on samples and literature. Thank you for being a valued partner in the promotion of Solmax’s geosynthetic solutions.
We can ship materials to anywhere within the world. Shipments to countries outside of the Americas’ Region may result in longer lead time.
Our materials ship from two locations, the Solmax Marketing Fulfillment Center in Collegedale, TN and the Solmax facility in Cornelia, GA. Depending on the materials that you order, you may receive multiple shipments.
Items marked as 'Quick Ship' will ship within 5 business days of order placement. Items marked as 'Standard Shipping' will ship within 10 business days of order placement. For extraordinarily large orders, additional shipping time may apply. Someone from our team will contact you if your order needs additional shipping time.
We have hundreds of active product sku's available in our system. To efficiently serve all customers, we cannot make all active SKU's available as marketing samples. The marketing samples available on this site have been selected to best represent all brands and applications for the purposes of tradeshows, lunch & learns, and showroom displays.
Both our Solmax Marketing Fulfillment Center and Solmax Jefferson Office are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST.
This can happen when the shipper has prepared the shipment, but the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. Commonly, this occurs when shipping volumes are high. We recommend waiting 24 hours and then rechecking your tracking number.
